Frequently asked questions
Why per server?
Statistics and logs belong to a server. The subscription is attached to it: all its admins benefit, whoever pays.
How do I cancel?
From the dashboard, Premium tab, in two clicks. The server keeps Premium until the end of the paid period, with no renewal after that.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment: sent by email and available from “Manage subscription”. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.
What happens when the subscription ends?
The server goes back to free: everything free keeps working, nothing is taken away.
